Nutrimost: Overview of the Program and Lawsuit Against Rival for Ripping-Off Video June 22, 2016

Nutrimost, a nutrition weight loss program, is suing one of its rivals named Healthy Living. The reason they are suing them is because Healthy Living supposedly ripped off and is using one of Nutrimost’s promotional videos.

Cantlosediet.com, Healthy Living’s website, was accused of stealing the video and changing it around. The captions say “Can’t Lose Diet” in the place of “Nutrimost.”
One judgment error that Can’t Lose Diet made was that the video still had the exact same testimonials with the exact same customers. It was obvious to Nutrimost that the video was stolen and remade.

Healthy Living did receive a cease-and-desist letter from Nutrimost. Instead of complying, they just changed the video around a little bit and still had the same testimonials in it.

While the video has disappeared from the website, the company is still in trouble. Nutrimost wants to take them to court, have them sign a paper that they will never use the video again, and charge them $300,000 for losses.

Both of the programs claim that you can lose 20 to 40 pounds in 40 days, providing its potential clients the exact same message.

Nutrimost is a nutritional program that is designed to help people lose weight. It uses the latest technology in cellular bio-communication. It says that it can listen to the body and determine exactly which nutrients it needs and how much of each.

While many other weight loss programs focus on diet and exercise, this program focuses on technology that helps to determine how to turn off the fat storage and turn on the fat burning.

With this program, not only are people expected to lose weight and burn fat, but it is designed to correct both hormonal and organ stressors. This allows the people to go beyond weight loss and gives them their health for the rest of their lives.
