Healthy Living has been accused of stealing a promotional video from its rival’s website, and placing it on their own, can’tlosediet.com. The promotional video reportedly stolen was over the revolutionary weight loss program Nutrimost has introduced to the public.
The video on Healthy Living’s website is strikingly similar to Nutrimost’s, with customer testimonials remaining as well as those from Dr. Ray Wisniewski, the founder of the weight loss program for Nutrimost. Furthermore, and reference to Nutrimost was replaced with that of the “Can’t Lose Diet”, a weight loss program by Healthy Living.
Both videos claim that patients on the diet will lose between 25-45 pounds of weight in 40 days or less. Patients will also never have to feel hungry or even exercise while on the system. No hormones are introduced to the patient, and there are no harmful drugs that have to be administered.
Healthy Living continued playing the video despite receiving a cease-and-desist letter, while the only change to the video being it was shorter in length. Since then, the video has not been shown on can’tlosediet.com.
Nutrimost wants at least $300,000 in damages over the theft of their video, and they also want the courts to bar Healthy Living from ever playing the video again. Dr. Wisniewski, the author of the program from Nutrimost, says the weight loss system is totally safe with doctors consistently monitoring their patients.
This is a weight loss system from Nutrimost that has people raving. It is not uncommon for people of either gender to lose 40 pounds in as little as 40 days without any exercise whatsoever.
Not only do people lose the weight, they are taught how to keep the weight off. Doctors teach their patients how to lock in their weight loss and keep it off forever.
